PPID (Platform Passenger Information Display)
Το Platform Passenger Information Display (PPID) είναι μια συσκευή με οθόνη Full Matrix, που μπορεί να εγκατασταθεί σε πλατφόρμες σταθμών ώστε να παρέχει στους επιβάτες το χρονοδιάγραμμα και τον προορισμό των δρομολογίων σιδηροδρόμων, λεωφορείων ή άλλων μέσων.
Platform Passenger Information Display is a LED technology product, autonomous, designed to dynamically receive and display information data such as, route number, route destination, route estimated time of arrival or departure, routes connection information and general passenger information messages.
The display is designed for indoor or outdoor use. It may be single or double sided, monochrome or color, in a full matrix or line matrix configuration. It is able to support multiple fonts and alphanumeric characters of variable sizes and shapes. It’s also capable to display graphics and logos.
It can be retrofitted in already existing systems by the use of a flexible compatibility engine.
